We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal Specialist to assist with a large-scale document review assignment. This role requires precision, analytical skills, and familiarity with legal and data privacy standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Utilize e-Discovery review platforms to analyze and categorize large volumes of documents.
Review and identify relevant information within documents while ensuring accuracy.
Code and categorize documents appropriately based on established guidelines.
Flag documents requiring further attention or escalation.
Apply knowledge of Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in document review to maintain compliance.
Requirements : Experience :
Prior experience with e-Discovery review platforms (preferred).
Document review experience is mandatory.
Skills and Knowledge :
Working knowledge of Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
