Our client located in Keene, NH is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their busy team!
Your qualifications for the Customer Account Manager position are as follows :
High School Diploma
2 years office / professional customer service experience
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office
Design experience is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant customer service demeanor
Ability to work efficiently and multitask while adjusting to shifting priorities

Temp to Hire position
Monday – Friday full time hours
18 / hour
Once hired on, Comprehensive benefits package For the Customer Account Manager position your duties will include :
Assist customers with ordering process
Work with production to ensure accurate and timely order completion
Answer and direct phone calls
Filing and office organization
Proofread orders and handle customer issues
General administrative duties
