Our client located North of Keene, NH is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team!
Your qualifications for the Finance Manager position are as follows :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred
5-7 years progressive finance experience in retail / manufacturing environments
Strong supervisory experience
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statistics
Strong computer skills – Expert level Microsoft Office Suite, accounting and finance software
Proficient in NetSuite or other ERP system
Experience with process automation and improvement
Professional written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and commitment to follow through Benefits you will receive as the Finance Manager :

Full time Monday – Friday 8am-5pm 100% onsite

Employee discount For the Finance Manager position your duties will include :
Manage daily operations of finance department
Direct monthly financial reporting activities
Coordinate with external CPA firm
Budgeting / forecasting
Develop / Maintain standard product costing
Develop and implement policy / procedures for accounting department ensuring proper documentation
Prepare / present P&L, Balance Sheet, and monthly financials as well as other reports
Perform data analysis and forecasting
Oversee finance department, manage staff
Ensure optimum Net Suite / ERP usage for improved financial reporting / control
Develop / implement improved supply chain / inventory tracking
Calculate return on investments
Analyze trends, develop planning models, lead cost management
Create strategies to minimize financial risk
