Our client located in Peterborough, NH is looking for a Medical Scribe to join their team!
Your qualifications for the Medical Scribe position are as follows :
High School Diploma, Associate / Bachelor degree preferred
2 years recent medical scribe experience
Good computer and fast / accurate typing skills
Knowledgeable about medical terminology, workflows, and EHR systems
Medical coding knowledge is a plus
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a high stress environment
Ability to work efficiently, good time management and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidential information Benefits you will receive as the Medical Scribe :
Direct hire position
Full time schedule Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
20-$25 / hour depending on skills and experience

Attend patient consults and document information to EHR
Record patient information and ensure accurate documentation
Update charts / Maintain records
Patient chart preparation
Track / manage status of results and communicate to patient / provider
Communicate / collaborate with others for effective workflow
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory / company policies
Ensure appropriate terminology / coding
Complete ongoing education / professional development activities
