Our client located in Greenfield, MA is looking for an Order Processing Clerk to join their team!
Your qualifications for the Order Processing Clerk position are as follows :
High School Diploma
2 years of recent and relevant experience
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Basic invoicing and accounting skills
Strong math skills
Pleasant and positive demeanor
Professional written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret documents
Excellent organizational skills and commitment to follow through
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple shifting priorities
Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Ability to use standard office equipment Benefits you will receive as the Order Processing Clerk :
Temp to Hire position
Full time Monday – Friday 8am-4 : 30pm, overtime may be required during busy times
23-$24 / hour based on skills and experience
Once hired on, Health / Dental / Vision / Life insurance

Paid holidays / vacation For the Order Processing Clerk position your duties will include :
Process incoming orders and review for accuracy
Submit orders in a timely manner
Develop / maintain relationships
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Prepare and present reports as needed
Maintain current industry / product knowledge
