Our client located in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Patient Representative to help with a temporary need!
Your qualifications for the Patient Representative position are as follows :
High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred
1-2 years recent / relevant customer service experience
Admissions / registration / scheduling experience is preferred
Previous insurance verification experience is required
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently with multiple shifting priorities
Ability to maintain confidential information

19-$30 / hour depending on skills and experience For the Patient Representative your duties will include :
Admission / Reception / Check out duties
Insurance verification
Patient financial screening
Patient scheduling and reminder calls
