Our client in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Print Shop Coordinator to assist with a temporary need!
Your qualifications for the Print Shop Coordinator position are as follows :
High School Diploma
1 years of recent and relevant office experience
Print shop experience is a plus
Basic administration office skills
Experience answering phones and directing calls
Experience scanning / uploading files / paper filing
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Good data entry skills
Pleasant customer service demeanor
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail Benefits you will receive as the Print Shop Coordinator :
Temporary position
Full time hours Monday – Friday 8am-4 : 30pm
Estimated duration 6-8 weeks
18.50 / hour As the Print Shop Coordinator your duties will include :
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
Greet and assist customers
Scan and process job tickets
Retrieve completed jobs
Track shipments
Communicate with customers via email
Collaborate with team and supervisor regarding emails
Locate files as needed
