What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) position at Masimo Consumer?
Masimo Consumer is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to independently manage full-cycle recruiting and implement innovative recruitment and sourcing strategies that effectively identify, engage and unlock top talent in the North America region.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruitment; from the intricate facilitation of a captivating and impactful screening process, to engaging in final offer negotiations
- Build and maintain viable candidate pipeline via the implementation of proven and scalable sourcing, networking and engagement strategies
- Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders and hiring managers to capture critical competencies relevant to vacancies
- Effectively leverage and maintain applicant database (Oracle Fusion HCM) to track candidate interview stages and keep hiring managers apprised
- Provide weekly recruiting updates to the organization that include key performance metrics and demonstrate the progress of critical requisitions
- Gain deep understanding of organizational structure and business needs to identify and match talent accordingly
- Committed to continuously improving upon existing hiring practices, recruiting systems and overall TA approach
- Identify opportunities for the enhancement of existing job descriptions and corresponding job specifications
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of full cycle recruiting; Consumer Audio experience preferrable
- 5 years of experience managing an ATS; Oracle (ORC) experience preferrable
- Highly driven and motivated to meet and exceed business-critical recruitment KPI’s
- Proven track record of successfully engaging management-level talent for a variety of roles including Sales, Marketing/Creative, Engineering, etc.
- Exceptional communicator
- Ability to tactfully balance the needs of the business with those of the candidates
- Highly adaptable to change and proven ability to pivot rapidly
- Strong negotiation skills that include balancing the best interests of both the company and the candidate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with managing various types of requisitions simultaneously
- Experience with recruiting for Manager level roles
- Experience working for a public company
