Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor – VRF Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor with expertise in Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems to lead our service team. This role requires hands-on technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage service operations for a variety of commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities Of The Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor

• Supervise and support a team of service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Provide technical expertise for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining VRF and other commercial HVAC systems.
• Coordinate schedules, assignments, and service requests to meet customer expectations.
• Assist in training technicians on VRF systems and advanced HVAC technologies.
• Review service reports and ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service efficiency.
  
  

Requirements Of The Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor

• Minimum 5 years of experience servicing commercial HVAC systems, with at least 2 years specializing in VRF systems.
• Proven leadership experience in supervising or managing service teams.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and controls related to VRF systems.
• EPA Universal Certification is required; additional certifications (e.g., NATE, VRF manufacturer training) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
