Financial Advisor Job Description:
Masis Professional Group has an immediate need for a Financial Advisor for a very well established and highly reputable boutique private wealth management firm. The team is dedicated to providing personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals, families and several other areas. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, develop tailored strategies, and provide ongoing advice to help them achieve long-term financial success. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in financial services, a strong desire to learn and grow within the wealth management industry, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Financial Advisor Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, including investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, tax planning, and risk management.
- Maintain and grow a book of clients, fostering long-term relationships through excellent service and ongoing financial advice.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review portfolios, provide financial updates, and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with senior advisors and other team members to create customized solutions for clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, investment strategies, and regulatory changes to provide the best advice and guidance to clients.
- Continuously prospect and build new client relationships through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
- Manage client accounts and portfolios, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Assist clients in navigating complex financial decisions and providing guidance on various financial products and services.
Financial Advisor Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (required).
- 2 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
- Desire and ambition to grow your business and develop professionally within the financial advisory field.
- Series 65 license (or ability to obtain upon hire) is preferred.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Proficiency with financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
