Housing Mobility and Equity Specialist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Housing Mobility and Equity Specialist to join our team at Masis Professional Group.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in housing mobility programs, community development, and social services. They will be responsible for providing motivational counseling to participants, scheduling and conducting initial enrollments, developing and supporting family plans, and assessing schooling needs.
The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. They will also demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service, maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
In addition, they will have knowledge of computer systems and databases, Microsoft Office software, and experience in real estate, subsidized housing programs, and fair housing.
This is a full-time position that requires a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with multiple competing tasks and demands.
