Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in searching for a bilingual HR Specialist for our client in the Fuquay Varina / Raleigh NC area . Conversational Spanish / English skills required. This position is temp-to-perm and onsite, some days in the Fuquay Varina facility and others in the Raleigh facility.

Salary : $20 to $25 based on experience

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consulting with managers to identify hiring needs
  • Recruiting applicants
  • Interviewing applicants
  • Onboarding applicants
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures

Qualifications for Bilingual HR specialist

  • Prior experience in an HR position, preferably with some recruiting experience
  • Must be bilingual - Spanish and English
  • Must be able to travel from Fuquay Varina to Raleigh, as you may be asked to work some days in Raleigh and some days in Fuquay Varina
  • Must have resume with no gaps and experience reflecting position you are applying for
  • Must be willing to learn and work as a team
  • Must be able to work scheduled shift days and be on time
