Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in finding an HR Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish / English) in Miami FL (near Martin Luther King Jr Park). Position is temp-to-perm and fully onsite, not remote or hybrid.
Salary : $25 to $28 based on experience
Schedule : Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Conduct non-exempt and exempt recruiting, onboarding and orientation
- Perform employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain employee handbook, policies, and procedures manual.
- Work to ensure positive employee relations, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.
- Assist with benefits administration by communicating benefit information to employees including enrollment dates and changes to new plans.
- Monitor career-pathing, performance, and development.
- Work with management to seek out ways to reduce turnover.
