Information Technology Associate
A dynamic investment management firm is seeking an Information Technology Associate to support its technology infrastructure and enhance operational workflows. This role will work closely with the Director of Technology to maintain and develop IT systems that drive efficiency and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support for corporate laptops, desktops, AV equipment, and networking infrastructure.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee technical support coordination.
- Assist in IT projects, including systems design, network implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- IT support experience in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based computing platforms such as AWS, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Entra.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, prioritize tasks, and work independently when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a hybrid work environment.
- Knowledge of macOS.
- Proficiency in scripting, modern programming languages, or AI tools.
- Interest in investing and investment modeling.
