Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in searching for an Email Marketing Manager in Southington CT . The position is temporary with potential to convert to permanent. Position is 100% onsite, not remote.
Salary : $50.00 to $55.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule : Onsite, Monday thru Friday, standard 40 hour work week

Job Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the customer journey across all channels, driving engagement and improving conversions.
- Create and implement email marketing strategies, tactics, and testing for both one-time and ongoing campaigns, leveraging best practices, competitive research, and past campaign insights.
- Optimize email campaign performance through automation, journey building, and triggered campaigns.
- Represent the email marketing team in meetings, providing campaign updates and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and list integrity, including timely scrubs of opt-outs and dynamic content targeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, IT, etc.) to develop scalable, automated, and personalized multi-channel customer lifecycle journeys.
Experience and Educational Requirements :
Salary : $50 - $55
