As an RN for a CHHA, you will visit patients in their home to complete assessments and deliver skilled nursing care for various patients. Responsibilities for Home Health Registered NursePerform home care assessments.Develop individualized care plans.Implement the Plan of Treatment, including wound care, injections, medication management, etc.Supervise home health aides.Document patient care accurately.
