Job Summary : The Quality Assurance Manager oversees all quality department activities company-wide, including inspection and audit processes. Their primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with the quality system and meet customer requirements and expectations. Additionally, they develop and report quality metrics for all stages of manufacturing, from purchased materials through customer receipt. The Quality Assurance Manager supervises, trains, and empowers inspectors, quality technicians, and quality engineers within assigned business units.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise all quality department activities across the organization.
- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain compliance with the quality system.
- Develop and implement quality metrics to track performance at various manufacturing stages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues.
- Train and mentor inspectors, quality technicians, and quality engineers.
- Ensure adherence to all established PMM quality standards.
