This full-time, direct hire role will lead Analytics & Insights, Marketing, Proposal Management, and Sales Enablement to drive growth and productivity. The successful candidate will develop innovative sales strategies, lead a small high-impact team, and play a key role in business expansion.
Sales Director Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive sales methodology covering the full sales cycle.
- Implement a sales coaching model for leadership.
- Identify and standardize best practices for scalability.
- Solve complex sales challenges and uncover opportunities for improved productivity.
- Streamline sales processes to accelerate deal closures and manage risks.
- Collaborate with leadership to create distinctive client solutions.
- Work with Learning & Development on impactful sales training.
- Provide real-time pipeline and sales insights to support data-driven decisions.
- Analyze sales data to identify obstacles and recommend solutions.
- Lead design and support of business requirements for Customer Service.
- Drive change initiatives across all teams.
- Support the VP of Sales in day-to-day operations.
- Travel up to 30%.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Sales Director Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business or Marketing).
- Minimum of 5 years of sales/marketing experience.
- Proficiency in computer applications and technical systems.
- In-depth knowledge of the contract systems furniture industry and sales cycle.
- Ability to forecast and manage sales activity.
- Proven track record in securing contractual business.
Salary : $90,000 - $140,000
