Job Description:
This Outside Sales Representative role is critical to driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in B2B sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of commercial security solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and sell commercial security solutions to new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess clients' security needs and provide customized solutions.
- Sell a range of security solutions, including access control systems, CCTV & Video Surveillance, Burglar & Intrusion Alarm Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial security or technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
