Masis Professional Group has been retained by a client company that specializes in injection molding technology to source a Supply Chain Coordination Manager. This role involves a flexible day shift schedule and is temporary to permanent.
The initial starting salary for this position is up to $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
The working hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with flexible first shift hours.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reviewing product orders and contracts to comprehend deadlines.
- Creating and tracking milestone dates to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Collaborating with buyers, engineers, and other stakeholders to discuss client orders and details.
- Identifying workflow inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and recommending modifications to impacted departments and teams.
- Working closely with Quality Control to ensure high-quality results.
- Analyzing previous production times to identify areas for improvement and collaborating with Mfg. Engineering to implement enhancements.
- Participating in post-project reviews.
- Assuming additional responsibilities as needed.
Necessary Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a planner or expeditor role within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, is mandatory.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Buying.
- Possession of an associate degree is preferred; a bachelor's degree is a significant asset.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
