Key Responsibilities:
The Continuous Improvement Leader will be responsible for leading continuous improvement team activities in manufacturing departments. This includes identifying areas for improvement, recommending solutions, and implementing changes using quality principles and documenting requirements on a timely basis.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, and ISO procedures, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
