Masis Professional Group is hiring for direct placement opportunities! We are assisting are client in searching for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician's job responsibilities include a variety of tasks related to maintaining and repairing buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Job Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:
- Repair and maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems.
- Inspections: Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure they are up to standards and running efficiently.
- Documentation: Keep documentation up to date, including maintenance records, manuals, and plans.
- Scheduling: Schedule routine repairs and maintenance.
- Landscaping: Perform general landscaping as needed.
- Budgeting: Execute maintenance budget plans.
- Inventory: Maintain inventory records.
- Communication: Communicate with tenants, vendors, and co-workers.
- Teamwork: Work efficiently with other team members.
- Time management: Plan and execute routine maintenance activities.
Additional Requirements of Maintenance Technician:
- Coordinate and oversee the work of outside contractors
- Monitor Energy Management Control Systems
- Respond to troubleshooting requests and unexpected equipment issues
- Be able to create solutions in emergency situations
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements of Maintenance Technician:
- Ability to be physically fit, able to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and use their hands. They may also need to be able to lift objects up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
