Service Desk Associate Job Description
Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and working closely with our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and chats, and resolve customer inquiries.
- Determine customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with Technical Field Sales and Inside Sales Account Managers to resolve complex customer queries.
- Prepare and enter customer orders, coordinate literature requests, and issue credit and rebills as needed.
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a product-related environment.
- Excellent communication, telephone, computer, and data entry skills.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
