Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.
- Provide customer needs determination and assist with order fulfillment.
- Offer navigation assistance on our company website and support lab customers with product usage.
- Prepare and enter customer orders, coordinate literature requests, and issue credit and rebills as needed.
- Collaborate with Technical Field Sales and Inside Sales Account Managers to resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records and follow CRM CCH/Salesforce procedures.
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a product-related environment.
- Excellent communication, telephone, computer, and data entry skills.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
- Desirable: ERP/CRM/Salesforce experience and healthcare background.
