This is for 2nd shift - 2pm to 11pm
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator for a great opportunity in the Martinsville, VA area. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and people skills. This person will be responsible for all facets of Masis Staffing Solutions On-Site in partnership with the client, and maintain a one-to-one relationship with the department leads, supervisors, and management team. They will also effectively supervise Masis Staffing Solutions onsite employees and temporary associates to ensure optimum working conditions, compliance, recordkeeping, production, and good employee relations.

Duties and responsibilities for the Onsite Manager/Employee Services Manager:
- This individual is responsible for assisting with planning and executing a consistently high volume of recruiting activities.
- Supports special initiatives assigned by Area / Regional Service Manager
- Manages new candidate generation and job order generation through Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software.
- Keep updated records of termination of employment on CRM software and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
- Keeps strict attention to detail to all candidate related processes including screening, interviewing, training, onboarding, and termination.
- Maintain a high fill ratio required for successful performance of the branch.
- Maintain strict level of confidentiality and adherence to company policy while interacting with candidates and clients.
- Create recruiting and interviewing plans for each open position, including collaboration with hiring managers on prescreening questions.
- Creates a talent pipeline by building relationships with qualified candidates in prioritized skill sets; develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Commit to meeting or exciding performance goals set up by the executive team and safety standard goals established by the Risk Department
- Provides comprehensive administrative support of company-wide recruiting efforts
- Assists with screening applicants/resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews.
- Perform other duties as requested
Knowledge & Experience for the Onsite Manager/Employee Services Manager:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build client relationships
- Ability to adapt to changing business priorities
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Technical aptitude in the use of business software and applicant tracking systems and proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.
- Knowledge of and experience with recruiting practices, HR, candidate process management, behavioral interviewing skills, and other assessment techniques desired.
- Must have 5 years of customer service experience
- Skills and understanding of the staffing industry preferred
- Ability to speak more than one language (English and Spanish)
