Shooter/Machine Operator
Burlington, MA
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Shift might change from 7:00am to 3:30pm associate should be available to work this shift. $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities of the Shooter
- Operate machinery that applies materials, adhesives, or sealants in a controlled manner.
- Set up and operate dispensing equipment efficiently.
- Monitor the application process to ensure consistency and quality.
- Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met.
- Collaborate with our client's team to optimize application processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery or application processes.
Requirements of the Shooter
- Experience in operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with dispensing equipment and application processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow safety and quality control protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with our client's team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
