We are currently seeking experienced machine operators for a leading manufacturing company in Danielson, CT.

Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $17/hr
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Trim and inspect parts using a scissor trimmer or hand tools.
- Ensure attention to detail when following inspection instructions.
- Perform work with excellent hand/eye coordination and finger dexterity.
- Independently process orders and report any issues as needed.
- Work effectively as part of a team or independently, following directions from team leaders.
- A scissors Trimmer Use a power Dremel or wire wheel to remove rubber flash from metals.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- A must have strong attention to detail.
- Excellent hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and follow job instructions and inspection criteria.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Must be able to read, understand, and speak English.
- Ability to work independently, processing orders and determining acceptable parts.
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods.
