Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using phone systems and computerized scheduling software.
- Maintain patient records by filing documents accurately and ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding services, treatments, and insurance information with professionalism.
- Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the dental practice.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar medical office role is preferred.
