What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Cooler/Freezer Order Picker position at Mason Brothers Company?

Our picking team puts together orders for our customers (grocery and convenience stores) for our delivery drivers to take on routes. We're looking for dedicated people who want to be part of our team in the warehouse.
Cooler and Freezer order pick shifts are from 1:00pm until done; from Sunday - Thursday
Required:
- Ability to work in -30 degree area for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in the Cooler area for the entire shift
- Excellent attendance - must stay for entire shift to help get out product
- Lifting 40 pounds on a regular basis (sometimes up to 80 pounds)
- Organizing orders and inventory
- Great time management
- Knowledge or experience to drive electric pallet jacks
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge or ability to learn to build sturdy pallets
- Reliable transportation to work
