Duties

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Human Resources management role or similar capacity.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis to drive HR decisions.
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Dayforce, or SAP is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
