Certified Position - TLC Instructional Coach
Summary: The Instructional Coach is a highly qualified educator who is knowledgeable about curriculum and instruction and is able to foster instructional excellence. The Instructional Coach provides teacher support in the use of evidence-based instructional practices aligned to the Iowa Core, assists the Data Team process, and aids in the analysis of data from formative and summative assessments. The Instructional Coach supports staff members through formal and informal coaching cycles. Instructional Coaches do not participate in the evaluation process of other teachers.
