The Manager of Print Marketing will develop and implement print marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability across multiple brands. The Manager of Print Marketing will collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate print marketing strategies that align with all omni-channel touchpoints. The Manager of Print Marketing will develop and manage all sales budgets and forecasts as well as ad spend budgets.

- Develop and implement annual sales related budgets and forecasts
- Develop and implement print marketing strategies to increase sales and variable profit
- Develop strategies to maximize print marketing sales and profitability, including targeting and optimizing specific customer segments
- Provide strategic marketing direction to optimize omni-channel efforts
- Develop reporting to analyze the performance of print marketing efforts, including sales, profitability, and new customer acquisition
- Provide creative direction to support print marketing strategies
- Conduct ongoing customer and/or marketing research to support the brand
- Manage projects and complete special projects upon request.
- Maintain memberships and affiliations with appropriate trade/professional organizations.
- Research new technologies and methodologies related to print and other omni-channel marketing tactics.
- Assist with other marketing functions as time allows.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage staff as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Proven marketing and/or brand leadership with deep understanding of current direct marketing best practices
- Experience in marketing strategy development including vision, positioning, and execution
- Strategic planning experience including developing strategic vision and tactical execution plan to achieve aggressive growth goals
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills to effectively communicate with audiences at all levels of the company
- Strong analytical skills to effectively develop and execute strategic vision and brand strategy
- Excellent project management skills including the proven ability to roll up sleaves to get tactical work done
- Ability to make sound, timely business decisions and/or recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required
- 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in managing/directing relevant marketing activities
- Experience in print and/or ecommerce retail strongly preferred
- P&L management experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire large, cross-functional teams
