JOB SUMMARY :
The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in extracting and analyzing data, providing actionable insights to business leaders across the organization. By providing data driven recommendations aligned with our corporate goals and objectives, the analyst empowers and influences decision-makers to optimize strategies and improve business performance.
The role requires individuals to work collaboratively with business partners and the technology team to develop efficient tools, turning data into insights. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to navigate challenges and complexities, fueled by intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness to achieve successful outcomes in partnership with key stakeholders.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Conduct comprehensive quarterly analyses of Customer Lifetime Value, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of advertising data and financial estimates within the Power BI platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to refine analytical tools, enhancing the evaluation of marketing investment profitability through more sophisticated segmentation and optimization techniques.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports including KPI Dashboard, Housefile Tracker, Demand to Net Sales Bridge and Return Lags
- Perform routine maintenance of Power BI reports, including the integration of budget and forecast data into the BI reporting infrastructure, to support dynamic business insights.
- Address ad-hoc data requests, delivering insightful findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, engaging, and actionable format.
