Facilities JanitorPosition open until filled4/10 Work Schedule Join our team as a Facilities Janitor! We’re looking for a dependable team player to keep our facilities clean, sanitary, and well-maintained through a full range of custodial duties. If you take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, we want to hear from you!Minimum to Market Pay Range ($18.27 – $22.84 per hr.): For new hires to the position and the District, pay generally starts at the minimum, though qualifications and experience may be considered. Increases within this range occur over time based on demonstrated proficiency and satisfactory performance.Midpoint to Max Pay Range ($22.84- $27.41 per hr.): Pay above the midpoint to the maximum is typically reserved for employees with sustained performance and established longevity in the position at the District.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Perform a full range of custodial duties, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, deep cleaning restrooms and kitchenettes, and maintaining overall facility cleanliness. Use a variety of cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaner, steam cleaner, carpet cleaning equipment, auto scrubber, etc. necessary to keep buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Use prescribed cleaning products and chemicals on a daily basis. Set up and /or organize conference or boardroom furniture and operable walls as requested.Assist with assembly and disassembly of shelving, furniture, cubical partitions, and similar items.
