Evals used (preferred) : Bayley, Peabody, BOT-2, Beery VMI, PEDI, CARS-2, COPM Additional Details Government issued photo ID required. Finalized RTO sent at time of submission. No RTO within first week of start date, no more than 10 days Contracted hours guaranteed
