Mason Harding are seeking a top Commercial Director for this newly created opening, to drive global growth, forge strategic partnerships, and expand market adoption within the growing pharmaceutical & biologics sector for a disruptive player within RWD and analytics sector who power informed decisions that drive improve patient outcomes and resource allocation globally!
We're seeking a natural strategic hunter of business, with proven success forming new long standing pharmaceutical partnerships within the RWD/E and data analytics sector, and a leader of people who relishes the opportunity to scale high performing commercial teams.
The ideal candidate will reside in Boston MA, and will be open to a hybrid working model to work alongside the C-suite leadership team and lead the commercial operations team from the front!
At a high level you will be expected to:
- Lead and execute the commercial strategy to maximize revenue and market share.
- Cultivate relationships with top-tier pharma clients, leveraging their innovative RWD and evidence solutions.
- Identify global market opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align business objectives and drive excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in commercial leadership within the Pharma RWD or data analytics/SaaS space; 10-15 years experience minimum.
- A strong global network in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry - a KOL maverick.
- Exceptional strategic, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- A passion for driving innovation in healthcare through real-world insights.

Salary : $200,000 - $270,000
