Instrument Sales Specialist - Flow Cytometry & Cell Sorting

Territory: Mid-West | Location: remote in territory, Chicago IL prefered

For our Mid-West Flow Cytometry sales connections – Mason Harding is searching for an exciting new senior level Instrument Sales Specialist for a leading player in the multi-parametric Flow Cytometry and Cell Sorting field!

This opportunity is suited to any well established instrumentation sales expert in the Mid-West region from the Flow Cytometry, Cell Sorting sector, looking to join a well established organization adding value to researchers across Immuno-Oncology/adoptive cell therapies, Single Cell analysis, Neuroscience and many more innovative fields.

You will strategically manage existing relations whilst driving new business in the Mid-West, with particular focus on IL, MI, MN, WI, ND, SD and MO.

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:

• 5-10 years proven Flow Cytometry/Cell Sorting/Cell Analysis sales experience in the instrumentation field; candidates with flow cytometry reagent sales exp can be considered with consistent sales achievements.
• Educated in a related life science discipline; Immunology or cellular biology would be great!
• Established network across Biopharma/Biotech, Academia and Clinical research institutes across Mid-West region.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Mid-West region, but must have prior territory experience.
• An autonomous and winning mentality, and passion to exceed revenue growth targets.
