Quality Assurance Manager, cGMP Chemical & Pharma Excipients
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee a small QA team and lead on the design and execution of compliance strategies to continually improve process and product quality.
About the Role:
- 5 years in quality assurance and at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role
- Chemical engineer or chemist by college education, with experience validating ICP-OES protocols and championing electronic lab platforms (i.e. Veeva Systems)
- Immersed in the regulated world of pharmaceutical excipients, and accompanied standards across IPEC, FDA, ISO, USP/NF or FCC
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of compliance strategies to continually improve process and product quality
- Oversee a small QA team
- Ensure all products and services meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and quality systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
