Job Summary
Mason Harding is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to oversee a small QA team and lead on the design and execution of compliance strategies to continually improve process and product quality.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years in quality assurance and at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role, with experience validating ICP-OES protocols and championing electronic lab platforms (i.e. Veeva Systems). They should also be immersed in the regulated world of pharmaceutical excipients, accompanied standards across IPEC, FDA, ISO, USP/NF or FCC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team to ensure all products and services meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations.
- Design and execute compliance strategies to continually improve process and product quality.
- Collaborate with the VP Quality to drive business growth and expansion.
