Director of Nursing (DON) – Mason Nursing and Rehab
Mason Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team with expertise, dedication, and compassion. We are a small, calm facility nestled in a great neighborhood, offering a supportive, low-stress environment with a stable staff, a well-balanced on-call rotation, and low to no agency use.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily clinical operations of the facility
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to provide exceptional resident care
- Collaborate with administration to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
- Foster a team-oriented culture that prioritizes resident well-being and staff development
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state
- Experience in nursing administration, leadership, or management
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families
