YOUR SCHEDULE
Come join our awesome manufacturing crew with a flexible schedule that usually goes from 7 am to 4 pm. You have opportunities for overtime and get to show off your skills, but keep in mind that you may need to work some Saturdays due to our rotating schedule.
YOUR DAY
Starting the day as a Fabrication Maintenance Specialist, you kick things off with the morning meeting to go over the day's maintenance needs. You carefully plan out and prioritize your tasks for the day, making sure all equipment and machinery are in top-notch shape. Throughout the day, you jump on any maintenance issues that pop up, using your skills to keep everything running smoothly. Your commitment and eye for detail are crucial in keeping the manufacturing environment productive.
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR FABRICATION MAINTENANCE SPECIALISTS
- 3 years of continuous experience in a manufacturing setting as a maintenance tech or helper
- Electrical experience while being proficient with a multimeter
- Hydraulics experience
- Pneumatics experience
- Mechanically inclined
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to read and write
- Proficiency and fluency in English
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with weekends and overtime as needed
The following skills are preferred:
- Electrical experience with 3 phase and control voltages (110 VAC, 24VAC and 24VDC)
- Experience with manual lathes and knee mills
- Experience diagnosing and R/R of input and output modules on PLCs
- Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams or ladder logic
- Experience with CNC Lasers, plasma tables, water jets, press brakes, etc.
- Bilingualism
- Ability through a staffing agency for the first 90 days
- Minor Forklift Repair experience a plus!
