THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING A METAL FABRICATION PROJECT ASSISTANT
This position is vital to our successful sheet metal projects, working closely with our project managers to pull every job off without a snag. No two days are the same as you help set job timelines, create employee schedules, and implement project plans. You help keep our operations smooth and our documentation well-organized, updating files to reflect progress and client communication. Attentively, you help manage invoicing, distribute project documents, and collect additional data to support successful results!
Here's what we need from you :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have manufacturing experience
