PAY & BENEFITS
Our Project Estimator earns a starting wage of $20.00/hour, which can vary depending on experience.
You normally work from Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Plenty of overtime opportunities are available, and occasional Saturday work may be required. Some flexibility for remote work by approval!

REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of field experience as an HVAC installer
- Proven estimator experience in construction, HVAC, or a similar industry
- Strong proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail with an ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong math skills, analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and excellent time management skills
- Team spirit with great communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with QuoteSoft or Fabrication ESTmep software
- Knowledge of HVAC installation & fabrication
YOUR DAY
As a Project Estimator, you take charge of our estimation processes and closely analyze all aspects of a project to create detailed bids and estimates for our clients. Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, engineers, architects, and project managers, you're responsible for helping deliver fantastic results and keeping our projects on track. This involves reviewing essential project plans and specifications, determining the scope of work, and preparing bids that cover all requirements.
You're motivated to save costs wherever possible, and you work with vendors and subcontractors to get competitive pricing. Throughout the project lifecycle, you help keep things on track by maintaining vital documentation, proactively mitigating potential issues, and monitoring costs to ensure we stay within budget. You're motivated to always be improving, and you stay up-to-date on the latest estimation trends and practices!
