Job Description:

As a Team Member, you'll be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, preparing food, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Whether you're helping a first-time guest or ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, your contributions will be essential to our team’s success.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Starting Pay $12.00 Hourly Tips!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing information and answering questions about our menu, especially for first-time guests.

Take customer orders using our POS system and print tickets for food preparation. Prepare and assemble food items according to customer orders.
Follow recipes and menu specifications to ensure consistent food quality.

Maintain a clean and organized counter, kitchen, and dining area. You'll assist with everything from restocking supplies to cleaning tables, washing dishes, and taking out trash.

Answer phone calls and take delivery or to-go orders.
Monitor inventory and assist with food prep as needed.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Perform any additional duties as needed to support the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.

A smile goes a long way – always greet customers with kindness!

Prior food prep experience or knowledge of kitchen tools is helpful, but not required.

Understanding food safety practices is a plus, but we’ll provide training.

Previous restaurant or food service experience is great but not necessary – this job is easy to learn!

Ability to work well in a team setting and support your colleagues.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both customers and team members.

Ability to stay on your feet and be active during your shift.

Attention to detail to ensure high-quality food and excellent service.
