The Entry Level Account Manager will focus on working with customers to present products and services, process sales orders, set up their accounts, and increase our clients sales margins.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Account Manager:
- Effectively work with customers to qualify them for services that they are eligible for
- Work with customers in a front facing role to listen to their needs and exceeding sales expectations
- As an Entry Level Account Manager, conduct personalized sales and product solutions that answer all customers inquiries, concerns, and questions in an empathetic way
- Continue to acquire product knowledge, gain an understanding of our clientele, and undergo informational service walk-throughs to stay on top of industry-leading trends. This will also be beneficial when processing sales orders.
- Track customer preferences, sales metrics, and feedback to improve customer satisfaction and increase profit margins
- Keeps up-to-date on current deals, upgrades and promotions our clients are offering to provide accurate information
- Build rapport and trust with customers and clients
Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:
- Experience, preferably in the customer service, sales, account management, or service industry prior
- Demonstrated leadership potential
- Willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include weekends
- Strong analytical skills and ability to negotiate and persuade
- Be outstanding at relationship-building
- Ability to solve problems and implement innovative solutions in a variety of situations

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
Schedule:
