Our track record for providing our customers with excellent customer service and sales support has allowed us to expand our operations and increase our wireless internet technology to new customers. We are looking to bring on a new Internet Sales Agent to help manage and generate customer sales orders for the services we provide.
The Internet Sales Agent will be responsible for managing local customer accounts, troubleshooting current internet, running speed tests and overseeing sales operations. The Internet Sales Agent will also work closely with senior management to ensure productivity goals are met. The Internet Sales Agent will be able to present services to customers, qualify their needs and educate customers on potentially offerings they didn't know were available to them due to new tower builds in the area. The Internet Sales Agent will be provided with training in this role and guided on sales strategies.
Responsibilities of an Internet Sales Agent:
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies designed to improve internet sales in the local area
- As the Internet Sales Agent train on closing sales deals and answering customers questions about internet services in detail so they are fully aware of the services
- Interact with customers to discuss their internet services, where they feel they are lacking and areas of improvement so we can best help them
- Participate in all team meetings to boost productivity, business performance and profitability
- Work closely with sales and customer service departments to ensure daily business runs smoothly
Qualifications of an Internet Sales Agent:
- Experience in a customer service, sales, internet, telecom, or customer facing position
- Ability to assist customers in any situation with professionalism
- Individuals excited to get their foot in the door in a business career
- Ability to problem solve/come up with effective solutions on the spot
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to commute to office regularly during work week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus opportunities
