Position:

Summary:

The Mason Family is looking for an Assistant Dispatcher/Router to join our team. Your role here involves being responsible for the daily dispatch of all technicians and on-site personnel while coordinating the internal operations of your assigned projects. • Act with flexibility and maneuver complex situations that may arise while routing.
• Maintain knowledge of assigned projects and take pride in providing the appropriate directions for field personnel
• Play a key role in our quality and service standards by validating that the proper information in provided in the routing assignments
• Communicate with Office and Field teams to confirm daily requirements
• Report on scheduling issues and implement appropriate solutions to amend them
• Forecast resource requirements and identify trends to more quickly and efficiently forecast overtime
• Maintain internal software and manage the system in place to assign tickets to technicians and route resources accordingly
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Keep a database and learn overtime technician skillsets to become more proficient at appropriate routing

Required Skills:

• Superior organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel
• Ability to operate computer software such as CRM and ERP systems
• Proficiency at Multitasking
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism is a must as well as the ability to handle situations under pressure
• A strong desire to win, learn, and grow
• Commitment to the hours necessary to complete assignments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
