Job Description: Parts Counter Salesperson
Mason Tractor Co. at 395 Industrial Blvd in McDonough is looking for an experienced parts counter associate. The ideal candidate must have 3 years of experience at a dealership- tractor, construction, truck/car, forklift, small engine dealership or full retail store. They must have over the counter experience, be mechanically minded, have a good personality, and good customer service skills. Candidate must be fluent in both English & Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the right parts for their needs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Process orders and returns
- Keep inventory organized and stocked
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Work with mechanics and service technicians to ensure correct parts are ordered
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
