Equipment Mechanic Job Description

Mason Tractor in Norcross, GA is seeking an experienced Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a service department and possess a positive attitude. The Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of equipment, including tractors, mowers, and other agricultural machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with equipment
• Replace or repair damaged parts as needed
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their equipment and any necessary repairs
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a service department
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues with equipment
• Own tools and reliable transportation
