As a Lifeguard, you will carry out our Mission of Love by life guarding at Masonic Village pools and maintaining a safe environment at all pools for our customers.
Our Lifeguard is responsible for the following:
- Responsible for excellent customer service, skill competency and maintain current certifications.
- Follow all policy/procedures at each pool.
- Responsible for attending on-going training and in-servicing to be compliant with American Red Cross skill level.
- Demonstrates knowledge of all emergency facility procedures for all pools. Maintain a safe environment for our customers.
- Responsible for working a flexible schedule relative to the needs of the program.
What You Have:
- Demonstrates to ability to perform American Red Cross or equivalent skills for Life Guard.
- Demonstrates computer skills used to operate the check-in software.
- Maintains professional certification Life Guard, CPR, First Aid, AED.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
